How to use Dharamkira
Learn in Deities; follow the year in Festivals; practise in Mantras, Meditation, Yoga, and Puja Guides; keep your own record in My sadhana.
Every deity, festival, puja, meditation, and yoga page opens with a card called "In the simplest words" — read that first, and read the rest only if you want to. Mantra pages give a simple reading of the sound instead. Every section hub has a small "New to these words?" link that opens the Sanskrit terms used on that page.
To learn: Deities gives each god's origins, tales, and teachings; Festivals gives every festival's next date, story, and puja. To practise: Mantras shows each mantra with its text, pronunciation, meaning, and a counter that keeps the tally; Meditation and Yoga guide you step by step with a breath pacer, a candle room, and a pose player; Puja Guides walk each ritual in order with every mantra written out.
Sadhana is your private record — jaap counts, minutes of practice, streaks. It is stored only on your device. There is no account, and nothing you do here is sent anywhere.
Switch between English and Hindi with the button at the top right. If you are new, the seven-day path on the Start page is the shortest route in.
In the tradition's words
नेहाभिक्रमनाशोऽस्ति प्रत्यवायो न विद्यते । स्वल्पमप्यस्य धर्मस्य त्रायते महतो भयात् ॥
nehābhikrama-nāśo 'sti pratyavāyo na vidyate, sv-alpam apy asya dharmasya trāyate mahato bhayāt
On this path no effort is lost and no step goes wrong; even a little of this practice protects from great fear.
