ॐ ब्रां ब्रीं ब्रौं सः बुधाय नमः

About this mantra
The bīja-mantra of Mercury. Jyotisha counts Budha as the significator of intellect, speech, learning and trade; the Puranas make him the son of Chandra and Tara.
Meaning
Om — with the seed-syllables brāṁ brīṁ brauṁ saḥ — salutations to Budha, Mercury. Budha governs the bridges between minds: speech, wit, numbers, trade. The jaap asks that thought come clear and words land true — that cleverness ripen into understanding.
When to recite it
Wednesdays; before examinations, negotiations, and business decisions — wherever speech and judgement must land precisely.
