ॐ आञ्जनेयाय विद्महे वायुपुत्राय धीमहि । तन्नो हनुमत् प्रचोदयात् ॥

About this mantra
The Gayatri of Hanuman — he is named through his two parents, Anjana and the wind-god Vayu, and asked to impel the mind toward selfless strength.
Meaning
We know the son of Anjana; we meditate on the son of the wind; may Hanuman impel us. Two parents, two natures: Anjana's child — devotion embodied; Vayu's child — force embodied. The Gayatri asks to be driven by the union of the two, and that union is Hanuman's definition: power that moves only for love.
When to recite it
For deeper Hanuman sadhana — sustained Tuesday and Saturday practice, Hanuman Jayanti, and disciplines offered to him: fitness vows, service, brahmacharya.
